How to Order (Bulk Personalised)

1. Select your quantity (25/50/75/100) and place your order.
2. Send your design details to: order@lumepersonalised.com.au (replace with your email)
   Please include:
• Order number
• Text to engrave (exact spelling)
• Logo file (preferred: SVG / PNG / PDF / AI)
• Engraving placement request (if you have one)
3. We’ll confirm your design (and send a proof if requested), then production begins.

Turnaround Time

Typically 5–7 business days after design approval (large orders may vary).

• Best engraving results come from simple, high-contrast logos and clear text
• LED colour is assorted (mixed colours in each bulk set)
