At Lume Personalised, all items are made to order with care and attention to detail.

Please read the information below to understand how shipping and freight work for our personalised and bulk products.

 


Processing Time

All items are custom made to order.

  • Standard personalised orders: production time will be confirmed on the product page

  • Bulk or corporate orders: production timelines begin after design approval (where applicable)

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

 


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.


All orders are dispatched from NSW, Australia.

 


Shipping for Personalised (Non-Bulky) Items

Shipping rates for standard personalised items are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the applicable shipping profile.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

 


Bulk & Freight Shipping (Bulky Items)

Some of our products are classified as bulky or bulk items, including corporate orders, event favours, and larger quantity personalised orders.


Standard Bulk Freight Rates:

 

  • $29.95 flat rate for Australian orders under $150

  • FREE bulk freight on Australian orders $150 and over

 

Bulk freight pricing applies automatically at checkout.

 


Important Freight Information

Please note:

 

  • Free bulk freight applies to standard metro Australian delivery only

  • Large quantities, multiple cartons, or regional / remote deliveries may incur additional freight charges

  • If additional freight is required, we will contact you before production begins to confirm costs

 

No production will commence until freight is confirmed.

 


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and courier.


Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days

  • Regional areas: longer transit times may apply

Lume Personalised is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.

 


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.


Lume Personalised is not responsible for:

 

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts

 

Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
