Backing Cards & Packaging:
Standard Lume Backing Card - Included
All wristlets can be packaged on a standard Lume Personalised backing card unless a custom event backing card is requested.
Custom Event Backing Card - Add-On
You may upgrade to a custom backing card with your own event name, logo, theme, colours, date, short message or brand details. This is ideal for birthdays, hen parties, bridal showers, baby showers, baptisms, school events, corporate gifting and brand activations.
· Standard Lume backing card: included with each wristlet, subject to stock and packaging availability.
· Custom event backing card: add-on fee applies for design setup and printing.
· Client-supplied artwork or logos must be provided in a usable format and approved before printing.
· Once custom backing cards are approved and printed, changes may incur additional fees.
· For DIY kits, backing cards can be packed with the materials so the host can assemble the finished wristlets at the event.

Payment Terms
· A 50% booking deposit is required to secure the date unless otherwise agreed in writing. The deposit is credited against the total quoted price.
· The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
· Materials-only kits must be paid in full before packing or dispatch.
· Extra guests, extra wristlets, additional charms, tassels, custom backing cards, custom requests, extra operator time, travel, parking, tolls and venue costs may be invoiced separately.
· Prices are in Australian dollars. State whether the quoted prices are GST inclusive, GST exclusive, or no GST has been charged because Lume is not registered for GST.
